1. Discovery Call

We’ll go over your business needs and goals to make sure I’m the right fit for your business.

2. Proposal & Pricing

After our Discovery Call, I’ll email a recap of our discussion and proposed plan.

3. Engagement Letter

You’ll sign our Engagement Letter which will outline start date, pricing, and scope of work.

4. Secure Data Access & Software Setup

I’ll make sure everything is up and running (typically via QuickBooks).

5. Cleanup & Organization (if needed)

This is where I make sure your books are up to date, and that anything that needs to be organized or cleaned up is taken care of.

6. Ongoing Support & Reporting

For ongoing clients, this includes monthly or seasonal support based on your custom package.
